OUR FUND-RAISING GOAL
Eclectic Endeavors is the non-profit organization behind G.A.M.E. and our other two events in the year. We rely completely on donations, admissions, and advertising revenue to put on these events. For us to open the doors to G.A.M.E. on October 15th, we have to pay $2420 to University Plaza for just the room rental for the weekend. We currently have around $400 in our account.

Our goal for 2010 is to raise $6000. This will help us with all the expenses for this year, and pay off some of our expenses from 2009.

We believe in being completely honest and open with the public about our funds and our books are open to public view. We will be updating this thermometer to show our progress towards getting the basic funds we need to open the doors. Thanks to everyone that can help with this effort.
WHAT IS G.A.M.E. ALL ABOUT?
Through our event, we seek to show that all the arts connected to gaming, sci-fi, fantasy are as legitimate as fine arts found in museums and galleries. We will hold our 3-day event to demonstrate all things geeky, sci-fi, fantasy. Read more about G.A.M.E. here.

PLANNING MEETING • 9/13/10

Everyone who wants to help with this G.A.M.E. event is invited to attend. You can learn more about us and how you can be a part.
