Program Guide
Our program will be an 11 x 17 double-sided poster-style layout.
• Large Ad ($75) - 4" wide x 5.5" tall
• Mid-Size Ad ($50) - 4" wide x 2.5" tall
• Small Ad ($25) - 1.85" wide x 2.5" tall

Restaurant Guide
This will be an insert in the program guide or "swag bag" received during registration. When unfolded this 11" x 17" map will show locations of restaurants in the Springfeild area. The border of the map will contain business-card size advertisments. Measurements to be provided soon.
To be listed on the map will cost $40
Border Ads will cost $60

Staff T-Shirts
Our staff and volunteers will have T-shirts to wear over the weekend to visually designate them as points of contact to assist attendees.
These T-shirts will be seen all weekend, and the advertising space on the back of these shirts will cost $250.

Souvenir T-Shirts
The T-shirts available for sale or given out as prizes will be items that attendees have for years to come as memories of G.A.M.E. events gone by.
Advertising space on the back of these shirts will cost $200.

10' x 10' booth space is $100

Website Banner Ad
On this website, you'll see a rotating banner ad for Meta-Games and 1984. These are the first two rotating ads. The right side of the website will contain ads. The website will be veiwed before during and after the G.A.M.E. event in October.
You ad will run from time of payment through January of the following year.
Cost to have your business included in these rotating banner ads is $50.

Artist Tables
We will have an "artist alley" so that local artist can display their work, creat custom pieces, do autographs, etc.
Cost to rent a table in "artist alley" will be $25 and this includes one 3-day pass.

Tournament or Event Sponsors
We do have opportunties for busineses to sponsor a tournament or specific event during our 3-days. We do not have fixed pricing on these opportunities. It depends on how long the event is and the number of people involved. Please feel free to contact us if you have interest in something specific on our schedule that you would like to promote.
